VIRTUAL SALES ASSISTANT

LK Marketing, a leading virtual sales service provider to businesses throughout North America, is currently seeking to add additional virtual sales assistants to its high-performing organization.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for productively providing services within the 4 primary divisions of LK Marketing: Appointment Setting, Market Intelligence, Customer Support and Event Services (including trade show marketing and event registrations.)

This person will be a champion of their particular project specifications and expectations and will work in close conjunction with a Project Manager and counterparts.

Purpose Of Position:
All virtual sales assistants play a key role in the productivity and methodology of all 4 divisions of LK Marketing. Our virtual assistants call upon business prospects C – Level Management and above while working closely as a team with top expert consultants throughout the sales process.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Virtually partner with expert sales consultants in order to establish a team environment focusing on increasing each client's sales.
Initiate the sales process of each clients' service and/or product line.
Support all external facing channels with phone, email and internet tools.
Development of all programs driving service or product line awareness and demand generation.
Ability to coordinate the scheduling of appointments, selling seminar seats or any other sales services as we are guiding and directing others and/or creating independently.

Provide all appropriate services to clients in order to achieve their sales quotas.
Provide major opportunity support yet remain focused on proactive vs. reactive support.

Previous Skills or Experience Desired:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5 or more years of progressive sales experience.
A minimum of three years sales experience selling at the C - Level Management and above.
Working knowledge of web based client management programs and Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Excellent skills in time management, interpersonal communications, decision-making, presentation and organization required.
